晴美通り沿いで沢山の往来があるため、煙がかなり軽減されてご満足いただきました。また、建物構造的に1階と、2階にそれぞれにファイアーダンパーを設置することになりました。ご担当の設計士さんがきちんと消防署さんと擦り合わせをされておかれる事が改めて大切と感じました。浅煎りから、深煎りまで幅広く対応してくれる独自の構造を持つディードリッヒ焙煎機を都内で間近に見れる素敵なお店様です！
We had the pleasure of delivering a Diedrich Roasters DR-3 and FCS-15 smoke reducer to Ginza Nishikawa Tsukiji Coffee Roaster, located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.Situated along Harumi-dori, a busy street with heavy foot traffic, the smoke reduction was a big plus, and the client was very satisfied with the result.Due to the structure of the building, fire dampers were installed on both the first and second floors. This reminded us how important it is for architects to coordinate thoroughly with the local fire department.
This beautiful café showcases the Diedrich Roaster’s unique design, capable of handling everything from light to dark roasts — a rare opportunity to see such a machine up close right here in Tokyo!
